Digicon Information Inc. is a private Alberta corporation owned and operated by David Watson and Wayne Watson with offices in Camrose, Edmonton, and Fredericton, NB.

History

The firm began as a part-time business in 1986, growing to a full-time operational business in 1992, and incorporated in 1995. Our company was formed from the resources of two other companies; W2 Consultants Ltd. and ConSoft International.

  • W2 Consultants Ltd.(1973 - 1996) was known for development of master specification systems such as SPECTEXT in the USA and Conspec (now CMS) and Minispec in Canada.  W2 Consultant's reputation for excellence in developing specification products is widely recognized across North America.
  • ConSoft International (1992 - 1996) was known for specialty software applications for the construction document industry.

W2 Consultants Ltd., and ConSoft International partnered their resources to offer expert level automated applications of proven specification resources combined with automated support assistance - an alliance unparalleled in our industry.  This unique association is the hallmark of  Digicon Information Inc.'s position in the commercial construction industry.
